1. Who we are

SCARY.NETWORK ("the Network", "we") is a social network for horror fans operated by Diamond Rubini. Contact: privacy@scary.network.

2. Eligibility — 18+

The Network hosts horror fiction, graphic imagery, and disturbing themes. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or view content. By entering you confirm this. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials. Use a unique password; we strongly recommend two-factor authentication (Settings → Security). Tell us immediately at privacy@scary.network if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Content rules

Fiction, gore, art and discussion of horror are welcome. The following are prohibited and will be removed, with accounts suspended or banned:

• Sexual content involving minors in any form, including drawings or text. This is reported to the relevant authorities.
• Real violence, real-death footage, animal cruelty footage, or content glorifying real-world attacks.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, hate speech targeting protected groups.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Malware, phishing, spam, or manipulation of the Dread Meter/ratings.
• Content you do not have the rights to publish.

Mark graphic content as 18+/NSFW when posting. Séance hosts are responsible for the legality of what they screen; the Network does not host or stream video.

5. Your content, your rights

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Diamond Rubini a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the Network for as long as it is published here. You can delete content at any time; copies may persist in backups for up to 30 days.

6. Blood Pact membership and tips

Paid memberships and author tips are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds: Refunds are provided as required by applicable consumer law.. Tips are voluntary payments to authors; the Network retains a 15% platform fee. Authors are responsible for their own taxes. Consumer-protection law (including Israeli consumer protection regulations and EU distance-selling rules) may grant additional rights.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and preserve evidence where required by law. You can appeal by writing to privacy@scary.network.

8. Availability and changes

The Network is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features. We will notify registered users of material changes to these terms by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance where practicable.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Diamond Rubini is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

Laws of the State of Israel; courts of Haifa. Consumers may have the right to bring claims in their home jurisdiction.
